Plain language about what this website collects and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), and your message. If you arrived from a marketing campaign, we also capture basic campaign attribution for that visit — campaign tags from the link you clicked (such as utm_source), the page you landed on, the referring site’s hostname, and when they were captured. This is stored in your browser for the visit and attached to your inquiry so we know which campaign brought you. We do not run our own advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Our homepage embeds a demo video from YouTube; if you play it, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
Form submissions go into MoeCloud's own customer-relationship system so we can respond to your inquiry. Submissions are screened automatically — including by AI systems — to filter spam and route legitimate requests to the right follow-up. We use your information to respond to you about your request; we do not sell it.
AI voice and customer communications
If you provide a phone number and check the callback-consent box, you are agreeing that MoeCloud may call you back about your request, including through an AI-powered voice assistant. Our AI agents identify themselves as AI. If you call our main line, it is answered by Joshua, MoeCloud's disclosed AI operations agent, and your request is logged in our system.
Service providers
We use service providers to run our systems and communicate with you: Google Cloud (Firebase) for hosting and data storage, Twilio for phone and text connectivity, ElevenLabs for AI voice conversations, and Anthropic for AI processing of inquiries and call content. Email we send and receive is handled by our email hosting provider, and our homepage embeds video from YouTube (Google). These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the services described in this notice.
Call recording and transcription
Calls handled by our AI assistants may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can act on your request and review service quality. Those transcripts and summaries are stored in our systems alongside your inquiry.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry records and related communications for as long as we need them to respond to you, manage an ongoing business relationship, and meet legal and operational obligations. We have not set fixed automatic deletion schedules; you can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Privacy rights and requests below).
Information security
Our systems run on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure in the United States, with access controls limiting who and what can read your information. No internet service can promise perfect security, and we don't — we limit access to what the work requires.
